 Faulty Goods Returns

  1. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, however, should you receive an item that is deemed faulty, Assailant will replace or refund the item in full. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. This is provided that the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn and original condition. Please enclose a copy of your postage receipt and we will credit you for this amount if it is deemed so. Assailant reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty based on a production and quality check.

Exchange

  1. If you would like to exchange the item/s, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Returns must have original tags attached and must be unworn & in original condition. Worn or soiled items will not be accepted for return
  2. Please ensure you maintain/wash your garment in accordance with care instructions attached to each garment. Assailant cannot be responsible for damage to the garment caused by failure to adhere to these instructions       
  3. Please state the preferred replacement choice (item name, colour & size). This will ensure your replacement item/s are kept aside whilst we await your return. If the item/s you require are out of stock you will be notified immediately and offered a refund instead.
  4. Postage and handling costs are not refundable. Please note that if your order qualified for a free shipping offer and you return the item(s) for a refund, the shipping charge originally borne by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Postage and handling costs associated with returning non-faulty items to us must be borne by you, but if you are exchanging the garment or product (e.g. a different size or colour), we will cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you.
 We recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post, as in the event that your product is lost in transit, Assailant will not be held liable.

International Orders

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final and we do not exchange or refund items that are shipped internationally.
